The bigger worry, goodtown, is that the 3G iPhone won’t work on T-mobile’s 3G network in the US.

I’m locked into a T-Mobile contract until 2010 and I was this close to buying am iPhone to unlock it. But with all the work to keep the phone unlocked and not being able to do updates… I’m giving up and just going to buy an iTouch. I’ll have two devices on me all the time. I love Apple and hate them at the same time.

I dont understand Apple why they only sell through one company in Denmark .We are angry at Apple and I really concider not to buy and boycut Apple and They also get to have a bad reputation :no mms,and extra locked and no tv ……too bad kris from Dennmark

You can buy them in some kiosks in the malls here in Montreal. It`s true that they are unlocked and can`t accept firmware updates but by the time wireless carriers in Canada get their butts in gear there will be an iphone v2.7.6 using a foled display.
